Common Time California Common

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Song Dynasty Jasmine Rice Lager

We brewed this lager in collaboration with Lingnan to pay homage to the Golden Age of the Song Dynasty (960–1279), We use flaked jasmine rice to echo the ancient tradition of huangjiu (grain wines), creating a crisp and dry finish. Jasmine, a flower famously used to scent teas in Fuzhou during the Song era, adds sweet floral notes. Adding the tea creates a wonderful bouquet of subtle spring blossoms. A great blend of flavours to welcome spring with, and a great way to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

The Rhythmicon was the answer to the question: what can I do if our drummer is always dying in bizarre gardening accidents. Fortunately, two great minds solved this issue and thus the first drum machine was born. Thankfully, us drummers haven't been replaced by rhythm playing Roombas.
