Common Time California Common

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Didgeridoo Gose w Black Limes

This traditional German style beer is brewed with Pilsner & White Wheat Malt with restrained use of coriander and pink salt. We added black limes (loomis) to increase the lemony acidity. Black Limes are widely used in Middle Eastern cuisine and are made by boiling limes in brine and then sun-drying them until the inside pulp turns black. (4.5% ABV)

Polyphonic Hazy IPA

Dry-hopped with Enigma and Rakau, this beer boasts some great grapefruit, citrus, and ripe melon notes. 6.5% ABV

Synthesizer Double Hazy IPA

Collab with Eighty Eight Brewing. Of course, it's a hazy! We loaded this double up with as much hops as we possibly could utilizing hazy brewing techniques from both breweries. Hot side hops: Citra, Mosaic Incognito Dry Hops: Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Hop Oil 8% ABV No growler fills due to limited quantity

Collab with Blindman Brewing. An English Porter made with 24-2 base malt & specially malted brown malt from Red Shed, cherry-wood smoked malt from Hammer & cacao nibs. (5% ABV)

Dirge Blueberry Oatmeal Stout

Winter is the death of summer, but instead of being bummed out, we're celebrating the long dark nights by raising a glass. In honour of the cold season, we present you a dirge for daylight, a celebration of long midnights. Our Oatmeal Stout features delicious coffee with, with the oats adding a velvety texture. We added blueberries for a little added fun because we're spontaneous like that. (5% ABV)

Whipped Cream Roll Oat Cream DIPA

It all started with the jazz drummers in Louisiana and a young man who was inspired by their techniques to get a smooth, buttery drum roll sound. That young man's name was Buddy Rich and the drum roll became part of his signature drumming style. This Oat Cream DIPA is smooth and pillowy with notes of peach fuzz, pink lemonade & lemon curd.
