Common Time California Common

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Bramble On Cider by Sunny Cider

A selection of BC grown and pressed apples fermented with a blend of yeast then adding blackberries, raspberries and blueberries resulting in a punch of berry flavour balanced out by dry crispness. Still very little sugar added but packed with berries.

Santé Raspberry Tea Tart Ale

Our second collab with Bar Trove (located in downtown Edmonton) inspired by one of their cocktails. We paired raspberry puree with black tea called Queen Mary from Acquired Taste Tea. We added just a smidge of Timut Peppercorn for depth and citric acid for tartness.
