Made with 100% local malters (Red Shed & Hammer). It showcased Hammer's wood fired roasted chocolate and munich malts and Red Shed's Parkland Pale, rocky mountain and black bear malts. Smooth, velvety and chocolate malt characters make this beer shine. (6% ABV)

Snare Buzz NEIPA

Dry hopped with mosaic, citra and sultana. Big tropical, sweet fruit, pineapple and pink guava. (6.7% ABV)

Mixtape Hazy IPA

Dry hopped with Simcoe, Azacca and Ariana this blend boasts huge notes of orange and strawberry. (6.7% ABV)

Common Time California Common

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Chillwave Hazy Pale Ale

Dry-hopped with Motueka & HBC-630. Marguerita lime, fresh pineapple & candied raspberry (5.3% ABV)

Dirge Blueberry Oatmeal Stout

Winter is the death of summer, but instead of being bummed out, we're celebrating the long dark nights by raising a glass. In honour of the cold season, we present you a dirge for daylight, a celebration of long midnights. Our Oatmeal Stout features delicious coffee with, with the oats adding a velvety texture. We added blueberries for a little added fun because we're spontaneous like that. (5% ABV)

Chelsea Morning Chamomile and Honey Wheat Ale

Notes of 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑻𝒆𝒂, 𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒅, 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒌𝒍𝒆 Collab brew with Establishment Brewing. Both brewers at Establishment & Polyrhythm are in fact named Chelsea (hence the name). This is an annual Pink Boots Brew where we focused on women-led businesses including Hogarth Malt, Stormy Acres Hops & Mob Honey. The honey and chamomile provide unique aromas and flavours reminiscent of pineapple, stone fruit, and dried flowers and herbs. It’s a smooth, crisp, chart-topping duet for the ages. (5.4% ABV)

Flexatone Hazy IPA

Ain't nothing but a G-Funk thing. Flexatone, the unsung hero of the '90s you've never heard of. This simple instrument added a unique touch to hip-hop during the golden era of rap music, giving west-coast music a distinct sound. Hazy Pale (Women's Day Brew)

Eleven breweries in the Edmonton area joined forces to whip up an epic Hazy Pale, exclusively available at all 11 taprooms! You can snag it on draft or in take-away cans. This luscious hazy sits at a sessionable 5.2% ABV. Brewed with Red Shed's Parkland Pale & Penhold Pilsner base malt along with their malted oats & unmalted wheat, we loaded the whirlpool up with Krush hops. To decide on dry hops, we blindly evaluated hop-dosed samples of the beer to select the ultimate blend - Nelson, Idaho 7 & Mosaic! Our ultimate goal is to show up for ourselves AND the community. With the help of Red Shed Malting donating all the malt, Royal Printers donating all of the labels & Polyrhythm donating their time and tank space, we are able to donate $1.5/16oz can and draft to the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation based in Morinville. AND we will be putting $0.30/16oz can and draft towards industry-related education for our rad group of women.

Math Rock Hazy IPA

Math Rock blends the perfect amount of Emo and Jazz to create complex layers of melody and rhythm. The music often emphasizes catchy riffs, while quickly abandoning them to seek new, complex hooks. We’ve wanted to collaborate with our friends at Irrational for some time as we happen to share a love for complex IPAs and music, plus they’re only a few minutes away. We decided to splurge on some Freestyle Hops with one of Irrational’s favourite hops - Nelson, and one of ours - Motueka. Dry Hops: Freestyle Motueka, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Motueka Subzero Hop Kief (6.2% ABV)
