Bramble On Cider by Sunny Cider

A selection of BC grown and pressed apples fermented with a blend of yeast then adding blackberries, raspberries and blueberries resulting in a punch of berry flavour balanced out by dry crispness. Still very little sugar added but packed with berries.

We remastered our LP 2024 and bumped up the bass and treble for this release. It took 302 days in Woodinville Bourbon Barrels before we blended and packaged this beautiful beer. Consider it a bit of a remix, with added textures of sweet bourbon, toasted oak, and coffee notes blending into a rich tapestry

Santé Raspberry Tea Tart Ale

Our second collab with Bar Trove (located in downtown Edmonton) inspired by one of their cocktails. We paired raspberry puree with black tea called Queen Mary from Acquired Taste Tea. We added just a smidge of Timut Peppercorn for depth and citric acid for tartness.
